Meet the Founder
He lost it all…but that wasn’t the end of the story.
Andrew Cordle became interested in real estate at a young age. During his college years Andrew steadily grew frustrated by the mounting pressure being placed upon him to select a career path. He was frustrated by his current work environments and couldn’t find a job that quite suited him.
He began attending local real estate investor clubs where he got his first taste of the real estate world. These local real estate clubs truly had an impact on Andrew’s life. After attending a few real estate investor association meetings and clubs in his area he decided to start his own business in real estate. His meager start of attending local clubs combined with his motivation drove him to grow his business to new levels even he couldn’t imagine.
By 2007 Andrew was at the top of his game. He was young, only 25 years old, ambitious, and running a very successful business. Located in Atlanta, his small company of flipping houses was growing at a rapid rate and making Andrew a lot of money. Needless to say, this young real estate investor had a natural knack for real estate that was matched by his hard work, dedication, and inspirational network he found at real estate meetings and clubs.
However, like all top real estate investors during this time, the economic crash of 2007-08 hit and Andrew’s business suffered. He found himself with properties he couldn’t sell, employees he couldn’t pay, and a mountain of problems that were just beginning. Andrew lost it all – his wealth, business, assets, and even his personal life fell apart when his wife left him.
It was this journey combined with his humble beginnings attending local real estate investment association meetings and clubs that, not only influenced Andrew to begin a new career in real estate, but also inspired him to keep going even after he had lost everything.
Now, Andrew is helping others learn the same valuable lessons he had learned so many years ago. As a successful real estate investor and president of the National Association of Real Estate Investors (NAREI) Andrew is giving back to the community that helped him get his start. Andrew truly believes in giving back to the type of organizations that helped him first learn about the real estate industry. He believes in the power of local investor meetings for both education and networking for all new and current investors.
